Ruth Douglas

Ruth is passionate about improving life chances. Following her traineeship at Pinsent Masons LLP she joined the Civil Service working in the Scottish Government, Ministry of Justice, Department of Health and for the Advocate General for Scotland. She is currently a Senior Lawyer advising the Charity Commission for E&W.
 
Ruth has a keen interest in pro bono and wider volunteering. She is involved in a range of different volunteer roles, and was a CAB adviser during her LLB at the University of Glasgow and an adviser at the Free Legal Advice Centre during her Diploma at the University of Edinburgh.
